MagellanTV is a worldwide streaming platform with a wide scope including Web, iOS, Android, FireTV, Roku, SmartTVs like Samsung, Vizio, VEWD, and LG. The platform features integrations with the subscription systems of each marketplace, such as iTunes, Google Play, and Roku. They contacted us with the goal of putting together a versatile software development team with a flexible budget and excelling management that would take control over the whole platform, which at that time was experiencing systematic failures in the consistency of its data, causing a high volume of customer support requests. We managed to bring these customer complaints to zero after six months.

We integrated into the MGTV team very quickly. We learned about their processes reading the code and even responded to questions they had about processes in their software that were unknown until then.
We also advised redeveloping an existing Android app, fusing the Android codebase with FireTV, drastically reducing costs and improving the quality of the product by not working separately.
Finally, we hunted, diagnosed, and solved every bug reported that affected the experience of subscribers with a consistent strategy of prioritizing refactors and optimizations.
